2. Restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returns without RA numbers, and products returned with price tags, stickers, etc.

3. Any problems or shortages MUST be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

4. Any merchandise sent back for credit must be resalable. If items returned are not resalable they will be returned at the customers expense. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in your store or during shipping.

5. Freight will be charged on all backorders.

6. If you need to make changes to an invoice you are paying, please CALL BEFORE you send payment.

7. Custom orders are not returnable unless due to a manufacturers defect.
